How many calories do you eat on average per day to maintain steady weight loss? Do you eat back all your exercise calories? There's some conflicting info out there for those of us who are especially "petite."

The amount you eat doesn't matter, the NET is what matters, because if you exercise, your calorie needs will increase.
I am for a net of 1200 daily. Some days I eat 1500 & burn 300. Other days I just eat 1200 & laze around.0 -
I eat back all of my exercise calories and try to Net at least 1200 a day. I'm 5'0 tall and my scale is being stubborn again.0
