How to log 30 Day Shred??

Just curious if any of you have found a good way to log it...and how did it go for you? This is like my 3rd time starting it, so let's hope I can actually stick to it this time!

    I have a HRM so I just create my own exercise and add the calories

    I've been doing it under circuit training. Good luck! There is a group of us that started on October 1st if you want you can still join the group.
