    Officially lost 200 pounds!!!!!

    I started this long journey in December 2001 and as of today i finally have lost 200 pounds.:drinker: I still have 155 to go but the difference is now I know I can do this! Thanks for the support you all have given me!:flowerforyou:

      I started at 428 pounds, this is really quite the achievement! What great inspiration to keep going. Sometimes it feels so impossible, or it's frustrating! But consistency, motivation and will power pull us through!
