Well you want to minimize sodium. If you want to increase magnesium and potassium (aka your electrolytes) then you can get that from the two links below.

I had read about sodium deficiency in vegan diet for athletes mind you but I remember the best suggestion was to be a bit more liberal with the salt shaker!
As far as potassium try to include/replace veggies/fruits with some that have a higher percentage of potassium: potatoes, raisins, dried prunes, dried abricots, lima beans.
Better to still try to get it from your foods than trying to add supplements.

spinach, broccoli, and bananas have good amounts of potassium.... and if you need sodium just add more seasonings or salt to your meals.

Are you saying that you are getting too little sodium? Unless you are doing a lot of work that makes you sweat, many nutrition experts say 500 grams is more than enough. And, as for potassium: many entries in the MFP food database omit potassium information, so you may be getting more than you know.

Edit: This article might help: http://www.livestrong.com/article/4734-need-recommended-daily-sodium-intake/

It might be that my body is weird, but I have issues with electrolyte balance, even when, based on my intake, I should be fine. Obviously food is the best source of electrolytes, and people have made a lot of good suggestions, but if the OP is still having problems I'd recommend some sort of replacement. Personally I really like Nuun tablets.

My wife has a similiar issue due to a heart condition and we use cytomax sport and it works great.
