Today i had cherrios with milk for breakfast is that enough ?
what do you eat ?
i really need to lose weight i am going to do it this time

    I would add some protein with that, cereal wont keep you full for long, maybe add some Greek yogurt to your cereal?

    That's similar to my breakfast, but I would put a banana in the cereal.
  • I think it's totally enough - if that's what right for your body. :) You have to learn to get to know your body & what it needs. You should always eat breakfast, and I personally try to eat most of my calories prior to dinner so that I have the energy I need to get through the day & then taper off before bedtime.

    Listen to your body - if you are hungry early, then try smaller frequent meals or more earlier in the day. There is no 1 right answer that is right for everyone. And your body will change it's needs on the day depending on if you do cardio, weights, fighting off a cold, over tired, etc. I know that I'm more hungry & apt to munch when I'm overtired.

    That's why keeping a journal & logging in some notes can help you learn about what's right for you!
