Hello Everyone!
I am having such a hard hard time getting back on track. I lost a total of 40 pounds and have gained back about 10 of that. I started my weightloss back in October of 2011, so I am at my one year mark. Perhaps making some new friends on here I can find the MOTIVATION to get back on the train. I still have a lot I NEED to lose and I am no where need ready to stop. Help!!

Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Remember your goal. Breath out and relax. You will get there. Ok, so you had a hiccup, everyone does, time to move past it. You can do it. You lost those 10lb before, and 30lb more that you haven't gained back. You've got this.

Thank you so much. I know I havent gained it all back. I just FEEL horrible, and I feel I LOOK horrible. I was getting to a point where i felt confident in what I was wearing and now I am back to big and baggy to hide my weight gain. Do they have a pill form of motivation that I can take? lol, No really....do they? lol

I try to think of it like this: I am going to be in this body a long time, so have some patience with it. I dont have to be perfect all the time. Slipping up wont ruin anyting, it just means that I need to pay attention better. I know you. When your fire gets lit, you are unstoppable. So, lets just try to figure out what we can use for a spark.

Do you have some event coming up that you want to look A-MAZ-ING for? If not, create one. Tell yourself when you drop a dress size you will buy something amazing and then go crash a wedding. In fact, if we both drop a dress size, I will help you crash a wedding!!

I am walking/running the Walk for a Cure(Huntington's Disease)on November 3rd at Constellation Stadium (home of the Sugar Land Skeeters). I believe it's a 3 mile run..and I reallllllllllllly want to run atleast HALF. I was training for a while, and kinda fell off. Of course the Holidays are coming up...and I always want to rock for that. I remember last Christmas feeling soooooo amazing bc I had lost like 20 pounds and felt like a million bucks and although I am smaller now then I was then..I still feel horrible. Ya know....
