Just wondering how many grams of cards you would suggest being on if you're on a low carb diet?

Just concerned because I feel great having started up my exercise again and thinking my diet needs a reboot to, like if your on say 1300 calories a day but a lot of it is from carbs is it really going to make any difference?..advice be appreciated0 -
set protein to 1g of target bodyweight
set fat to .4-.5g/bodyweight
Carbs can be used to fill out the rest of your caloric requirements. How many carbs your eat, then, is a function of how many calories you're eating, i.e., how active you are.0 -

We just started this about 3 months ago, and we have been aiming at 30 and under. I've heard 50 and under before, but that seems high, like maybe a maintenance plan once you reach your goal? Here are some great sites that will give you all kinds of info on low carb diets:
