I came across this site in my search for lifting schedules for women. I think it is GREAT. I'm going to give it a try and see where it gets me in 12 weeks! :)

    I think the info itself is right on. The actual routine isn't the greatest for a beginner, but isn't terrible.

    I figure I can modify as needed - it seems as though the routine allows for modification dependant upon your strength and ability.
