What 'sin' food do you have a hard time resisting?

FRESH BEER BREAD WITH BUTTER. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Bread is such a weakness. I used to make a pull apart monterey jack sourdough and homemade brushetta on Italian bread and have had to quit making it because they are both so hard to stop eating.0 -

Usually sweets. I have such a hard time because I seem to crave something sweet whenever I finish a meal. I try and off set it with a piece of fruit but doesn't always work. And I have a HUGE weakness for gummies.0

Pizza, beer, chocolate, nacho cheese doritos, beer, pizza, anything with white sauce, beer, pizza. Yeah......I'm screwed0

When I am in the "zone" I can resist anything... When I am "off the wagon" I will pretty much eat anything that is TERRIBLE for you to excess.
That being said, I would say my cant resist is frosting from the can. The can being provided by that *kitten* Betty Friggen Crocker.
I found it amazing that you hit it right on the head! When I'm in "the zone" I do resist anything, but when I'm "off the wagon" I want to eat anything and everything in excess. I compare eating in excess to trying to hug myself from the inside. My biggest temptation currently is fruit, nuts, and chocolate. I do eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle and I'm very much active. However, it's the late night eating that is completely sabotaging my weight loss journey.
I was wondering, does anyone have that problem? And when temptation arises, how do you control it?0 -
Loaded french fries. You know the ones. . . covered with cheese, bacon and dipped in ranch dressing. YUM!0

Pepperoni pizza. I am allowing myself to have it once every 90 days in whatever quantity I want.
the rest of the things I miss, I miss for a day or two then move on.... ( I use the pizza as a motivational tool)

Hershey kisses...one of my clients is going to the States next week till January and she brings me LOADS of them..and I mean loads :bigsmile:0

Peanut butter, any/all nut butters. Moderation does not exist with them!0
