FRESH BEER BREAD WITH BUTTER. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I was thinking 'not much' to answer the question as I don't have a sweet tooth and find resisting cakes, chocolates and sweets etc a doddle and then I read the above. Total sucker for some bread and butter, and I know they tell you not to fill up on the stuff they offer in restaurants and that you should leave room for your main course but I just cant help myself....It would have to be physically removed from the table to prevent me from tucking in!0 -

Potato chips. I can't eat just one serving. I try, but they are a trigger food for me. I just try my best to not buy them but I'm not the only person in the house. So on rare occasions that I buy them for my fiance I just try to forget that they are in the house.0

Toast!!! Or just bread in general! I live with my parents and so there is always bread in the house. They were away for the last 2 weeks so I just didn't have any in the house and surprise surprise I have lost and stuck to the diet. Bought some bread for their arrival home and guess what 4 slices of toast at 10pm!!! Arghhhhh!!!!0

Strangely enough, since I'm not as much of a red meat eater anymore, I'd have to say that every now and then I get a mad craving for a burger, especially if it's a mexican style one, with pepper jack cheese and guacamole. I let myself have one the other night, but only because we were on holiday and were having our meals out. It's always harder to stick to healthy ways when you're not making your own foods.0
-
French fries and potato chips. And gin.0
-
chocolate, cakes and biscuits are my biggest downfalls - and I struggle with cravings every day and as an emotional eater usually turn to these foods as a crutch!!0
-
Pizza, chinese food and tacos.0
