25 lbs in 60 days!

I started MFP on 08/15 at 225 lbs. Today, I weighed in at 200lbs! I changed my diet. PERIOD. I eat a veggie fruit smoothie with chia seeds for breakfast, a organic chicken breast for lunch, and a turkey bratwurst and salad for dinner. I snack on apples, carrots, veggie straws, and cacao nidbits. I drink a lot of water and only water. This formula is working for me. I do have a cheat day every week or every other week, as well. Just wanted to share!
