Hey Guys!!!! It's day 25!!! What do you like about yourself/life today!!! Here's a recap of what I am doing!!! In case some of you are new and missed the first day!
Recap: I vowed to post one thing I liked about myself or my day, each day on MFP. So I thought I would also post it here and I'll do this every day as well! Tell me what you like about yourself or your day!!!!!

This is a really hard thread for me to answer. But I really should post everyday.
I liked that I worked out this morning even though I am a little sick (headache, congestion).

When changing at the gym I think I found that "V" at the bottom of my abs. Still covered up by some belly, I pressed on it and flexed it and felt it move! CHIPPENDALE'S here I come!0

I like that my legs are firm from going up and down the stairs.0

I haven't ridden my bike in weeks (very, very sad), but I know I can get on and go for 20 miles, no problems.0

I like that I ran the dogs last night after a 12-hour shift and hour commute. The dogs appreciated it to.0
