Hey Guys!!!! It's day 25!!! What do you like about yourself/life today!!! Here's a recap of what I am doing!!! In case some of you are new and missed the first day!

    This is a really hard thread for me to answer. But I really should post everyday.

    I liked that I worked out this morning even though I am a little sick (headache, congestion).

    When changing at the gym I think I found that "V" at the bottom of my abs. Still covered up by some belly, I pressed on it and flexed it and felt it move! CHIPPENDALE'S here I come!

    I love that after a sh!tty year I've been able to bounce back and am now happier than ever. I love that when I hit rock bottom I bounced back up and am stronger than ever. In the words of Charlie Sheen I'm winning. I love that I still use "WINNING" even though it's clearly over.
