hi i just started the 30 day shred (level 1) 3 days ago, and was wondering if it really works?

  Im on day 14 and have lost almost 2 inches from waist and 1 on my hips and building definition in my arms. definitely works!

  I am on day 7 and am noticing more definition in my body and more strength. M waist is diminishing too. It works if you keep doing it and eating well.
