Mike's Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I just made a smoothie and it's killer! 
Here's the recipe:
-1 cup skim milk
-1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
-1 banana, (medium), sliced
-splenda (optional), 1-2 tsp
First I mixed the milk and strawberries, then I added the sliced banana and mixed, at the end add the splenda if desired.
Nutritional Info:
-218 Cal
-46 Carbs
-0 Fat
-10 Protein
-110 Sodium
-5 Fiber

Sounds great. I like to use yogurt instead of milk & frozen strawberries so it's more like a milkshake. The key to a good consistency is the banana -- half works fine, too. Sometimes I like to add protein powder if I'm having one after I exercise or as breakfast. I love smoothies!0

to jlb, I actually did use frozen strawberriesbut that's cause I usually use frozen fruit for my smoothies.
