    amazing! I want to lose 180 pounds (in roughly a year) and I pray I can do as well as you have! I'm 17 weeks in and I am 25% of the way there. I've lost 30" from all over my body and my BMI has gone down from 51.7 to 44.6 so I'm definitely on my way. You are proof it can be done! Thanks!
