what's everyone's progress so far? I'm down 5.4 lbs already!
I have lost 1 pound. I am 2.6 pounds from my goal.0 -
15 lbs. by christmas!...but hopefully more. I'm at 158 now(lost 2 lbs so far!), so hopefully I'll be 143 by Christmas, and my goal weight is between 125-130. The sooner it comes off the better but im shooting for february.0

I have lost 2.5 pounds since I join this challenge on the 7th! I have 7.5 more to go by the 21st!0

I am in. I will say 10 pounds by Christmas. I only weigh once a month so I will weigh on the 21st of Nov and give an update. I started at 211 on Oct 21st.0

I would love to do this except I don't know how much I weigh, so I can't give a goal, but I can give what I would like to be by then, and that is 200 lbs or less.
:laugh: yeah I'm with ya there banks, I don't know what to put down for christmas. I know getting on the scale can be my christmas present to myself yeah and about the belt, banks thats my next purchase. I simply can't keep using the old one as I would have to put holes in it now. That's how I know this is working for me. Yea I get to go shopping.:bigsmile:0 -
I have dropped .6 lbs which is great considering the weekend I had!!

my goal is 15 lbs total....
So by Dec 21.... I want to have lost 10lbs AT LEAST if not the whole amount!

Count me in too! I just started all of this yesterday but I am going to set my goal at 12 pounds by Christmas Eve! That puts me back to where I was this time last year and a fresh start by New Year's!

I've been so discouraged. This may help! I want to be 190 by Christmas. This will be my present to myself. It's only 10 pounds, but I've been having trouble sticking to the excersize. The eating part is actually easy for me... well the lack of. LOL. Anyway, 190, I'm in!0

ok I'm 153 today the 16 of November I want to be 145 by 21 of december!!! I'm in! I'm not setting a big goals for me... little by little it's easier and healthier!

oups I'm 154pounds sorry I don't know where I missplaced the one pound! and I'm challanging myself to weigh once a week... because I've been going on the scale morning and night just happy with the result!

Got on the scale today....lost my first pound since starting this on Wednesday. 11 lbs more to go before Christmas Eve!
Funny how much being able to share it on here makes a difference in how I feel about losing 1 lb! Haha!0 -

I have 5 pounds to go b4 Christmas.
I surpassed my weight goal by a pound, then gained 5, then lost 3 of the 5, then gained.... I've been yo-yoing for a few weeks so I'm at 130 now.:ohwell:0 -

I'm in...I've joined the fitness challenge, now for the weight challenge. I also usually only weigh in one to two times a week.
Goal: 5 lbs by December 21st
Started November 6th have lost 3.5 lbs want to lose 8 lbs in total0 -
thats a nice thing to start with. I had a very "bad" day today traveling with my kids :ohwell: it is incredibble how " hungry " kids get when they see anything where you can stop to pick up junkfood , . bigsmile: of course I couldn't resist either:ohwell: . so lets do it I am in.and try to lose 15 lbs by the 21 of december . I am weighing 270 lbs now and hopfully the french vaniila won't punish me with an extra pound0

So it's been a week and I have been so bad! Ugh! I thought I was going to totally regret getting on that scale this morning for my weekly weigh in but I was down 3.5 lbs since last Monday! Not bad for about 3 days of the last week not even caring about what I was eating! 8.5 lbs more to go by Christmas Eve! I decided to start fresh this week and so far today I am doing pretty well. I am finding that some days it is easier to eat better than to work out and some days I just want to work out and eat whatever I want to. Just gotta figure out a way to make those two connect! Haha!
