I really didn't know until work started a "Walk a Marathon in a Month" competition. So far in October, I've walked 105 miles and will make my unreasonable goal of 250. To date, the calorie burn is 12,634 so average weekly is about 6,800.

exercise 4-5x week, burn about 300 each time. so like 1500/week. no need to be excessive.

I went back three weeks and found I averaged 4524 a week. I spent an average of 838 minutes a week exercising. That is almost two hours a day. I always suffer from calorie burn envy when I see one of my friends post a 500+ burn in an hour.

not really sure. The tools on here don't list High Intensity Lifting. Which is basically doing circuits of lifting without a break until the circuit is complete.
