    Congratulations, what an achievement.

    I am on the end my first week, exercised every day for 25-30 minutes, came in under calories and still weigh the same. I am a little discouraged, but will keep trying to see if I get some weight off.

    Did you start losing in the first week or did it take a couple of weeks before it started dropping off?

    For me I started losing inches the first two weeks before I saw a pound come off. Even then, the weight didnt start coming off smoothly til about a good month into calorie counting and exercising regularly. Dont get discouraged, keep going. Use this post to keep you focused and moving in the right direction!

    Thank you for posting it. I am also 5f 1inch and i started mid january at 195lbs.
    I haven't nearly accomplished as much as you but to see somebody that is as tall as me beeing able to do it gives me a bunch of hope and encouragement.

    Well done, you look absolutely amazing! :) It's also really motivating as a mother of two myself, one of which born by emergency C-Section which as I'm sure you know doesn't give you much confidence, but you're success story has really encouraged me and showed me that getting rid of that tummy isn't impossible!
