Generally, I am always interested in eating... something...

but all this water.... all I am interested in is peeing! :) TMI?

  • I had the same epiphany recently--and it is sooooo empowering! Now when I get the urge to eat something, I first drink a glass of water or chew a piece of gum. This trick, along with MyFitnessPal.com, have made sticking to my diet possible. I've learned to listen to my body and not missinterpret thirst as hunger. I feel almost like I've *finally* --after all my failed attempts at losing weight and maintaining that weight loss--figured it out!

    Yes, this is such a good thing. In the past when I was tired and just plain worn out from the day or had a headache and stressed, I used to grab some type of comfort food...now I make a pot of herbal tea and drink the whole thing! 8 cups!:laugh:
