Weekend fail!

During the week it's easier to control my snacking because I'm busy. On the weekends I snack out of boredom and forget to track or don't track because I eat so little at a time it doesn't seem like much but I think it really adds up. Any suggestions to avoid snacking or at least track accurately

    Find something new and fun and active to do during your weekends so you don't get bored and it'll keep you too busy to snack;)

    Well I can't litterally lock the cabinets since it's a rental but maybe I could make specific snack times and make the cuboards off limits the rest of the day. Maybe I'll try that!

    Leave you snacks at work, then you cant' eat them on the weekend :)
