    You are so inspiring! Sometimes I just focus on "what I will GAIN when I lose the weight." That helps me when I feel discouraged.

    When I hear ppl make some feeble excuse as to why they can't work out I tell them about my 68 year old dad, who is post triple bypass, post abdominal aortic aneurysm removal, post hernia repair, with a current hernia, diabetes, skin cancer and COPD and STILL goes walking 3-4 days per week. And when the weather gets bad in the winter? He goes and walks the Cherry Hill Mall!

    reminds of my mom before she passed away 3 years ago. Even when she had her cancer (a massive heart attack is what took her in 2009, she was 57 years old) she would get into her mobility scooter, and i would run/walk right beside her and its times like that I miss now. I give u credit for doing it and knowing that you pushed yourself even further is an accomplishment :bigsmile:
