30DS diet

Just wondering what I should eat with the 30 day shred? I usually have oatmeal for breakfast, salad and a sandwich for lunch, a piece of fruit for my afternoon snack, and supper is 1 peice of meat and 1 veggie and some quinoa, my last snack would probably be some plain 1% yogurt. what else could I be adding to this?

    I just try to boost my protein a bit. I also try to not eat the calories that I burn. But the work out isn't so strenuous that, in my opinion, it should require changing your diet (assuming you eat healthy foods, which it sounds like you do).

    I am doing 30DS but my own food plan, which I think is good for me, I will peak at the recipes though, always on the look out.

    In anticipation of doing 30ds before lunch I had 2 medium eggs, and a 1/4 of raw edamame (ugh) and a tomato for breakfast. I tried doing it on an empty stomach over the weekend and could only get through about 8 minutes.

    Also, looking for more MPF friends, those also do 30DS would be great :smile:
  • I agree with QUEEZLE- Up the protein a bit more if you can and you should be fine.

    I am doing 30 DS but haven't changed anything in my diet. Only logging 150 calories burned for a session so I eat back those calories when I want to like any exercise calories.

    I'm currently doing 30DS and I've done nothing more than up my protein. I learned, as well, that I cannot do it on an empty stomach.

    Hello

    Been following the diet outlined in JM's "Master your Metabolism". I started it a few weeks before starting 30DS and averaged 1-2lbs weight loss a week on it without exercising. It sounds pretty similar to what you're eating, except lots more veggies and a recommendation to be as organic as you can and take a good supplement. To be honest, I struggle to eat the amount of food it recommends, which is a first for a diet plan. Energy and mood are really good too.
