    Amazing transformation. I can't believe how much you toned up from the August to October pictures. You have Insanity to thank for that??? We have P90X and I can't bring myself to do it yet, it intimidates me!! Thanks for sharing your story, it encourages me to let go of that intimidation and just give it a try.

    I don't see what being a woman of color has to do with it. No matter what color you are, you can inspire people by your weight loss. Regardless, GREAT WORK! Keep at it. I just finished Insanity recently. Great program. You should try P90X next!
