Judging by your profile pictures....you need to stop being so hard on yourself. Lots of women would love to have your body!

Also, all that hard work is going to pay off in the end for you. Health-wise and body composition. Eventually, her lack of effort will catch up with her.

You can't compare yourself to anyone else - you only need to worry about doing what's right for YOU.

Not at all. Most days I still feel pretty fat and overweight. I still see the "big me" in the mirror. But I just remember that I am working out.....and less than a year ago, I couldn't get up the stairs without gasping for breath. I couldn't run with my daughter. I couldn't shop in regular stores. Those thoughts help me focus again.

The old you would be scared to death of the new you. You have nothing to worry about. I know what you mean about still feeling fat at times. It's still hard to believe that my snuggest pants are way too big for me. I'll put them on and when I button them I still feel like "Wow, crazy". I always felt insecure when I wore those and it's slowly sinking in that that stuff is gone.

Fortunately I've never had to suffer this, but all of my training partners have. They seem to deal with it just fine. I mean, how could they expect to compete with my Adonis like physique and rugged masculinity? It may bother them at first, but then they learn to do with it and just bask in my aura.

All jokes aside, it's a gym, not a pageant. Just go work out. Your partner is there to push you, not compete with you.

I'd have far more respect for the one who's working hard. If she really is "barely trying" in her workouts, it will catch up with her eventually.

I deal with this all the time. My best friend and workout partner is a beast, and that is exactly why I love her! She helps motivate me, she pushes me but encourages me as well. It's hard sometimes when we swap machines and I have to reduce the weight- but I know it's only temporary. I'm not working my butt off for nothing!

Keep at it girlie-- pretty soon you'll be "that girl" that other girls will be looking up to!

Don't sell yourself short there girly. You are hawt and you've come a long way from where you were. You also have that inner beauty that shines through to go along with what you have already accomplished

if it makes you feel that bad then stop doing it. just work out alone or pick uglier fatter friends so you can feel better about yourself
