My body hurts so so bad and I cant seem to be satisfied with anything I eat.I either go over on my calories or under. If I think I am doing good on my calories and I exercise then I am given 3 or 4 hundred more calories and if I dont eat it says I am going into starvation mode.....I dont know what to do

  • Try working out in the morning so you know how many calories you have to eat for the day. If thats not possible workout before dinner so you know how much calories you need to eat for the last meal.

Eat half of your exercise calories at least. That is what works for me anyways. You don't want to withhold too many calories from yourself or you will go into starvation mode. Think of exercise as extra credit.
  • What I been doing I will put in what my breakfast , lunch , snacks and what my workout will be that day in the morning. That way I will know if I need to eat a few more snacks and plan my dinner for the rest of the day.
I am new at this also and still trying to get all my calories in so I totally understand were you are coming from.

  • You don't always have to consume the calories you are working off. Try eating only half the "exercise" calories. Also, if you are having cravings for simple sugars, try cutting out all the bread items and fruit (except berries of any kind) for one week. Usually that will stop the cravings for simple carbs and allow you to be filled with higher fiber veggies and berries and lean protein. Then, as you introduce pasta and bread items back to your menus, use only high-fiber, whole wheat pastas and breads, add fruit back slowly using only the whole, raw fruit. This should help you feel better.
