[would so love to lose 20 lbs before end of December. BUT anywhere from 10-20 is fine too. 2 goals so if 1 fails i have a back-up and i wont feel miserable about not achieving it :laugh: ]

Sorry I'm late but better late than never.
I weighed 188 lbs at my weigh in day on Friday so that is my start weight.
Goal weight for Christmas is 174 lbs.

So, challenges....
I'm going to start the first challenge. It's 12 days until the next weigh in. Therefore I am going to make the challenge between now and the 8th of October is to do 120km's (75 miles) worth of exercise between now and weigh in. That can be walking, riding, elliptical, running....whatever you like! Point is to strive for that number.
A good idea to keep track is to put the km's or miles on each equipment/exercise in your exercise notes for each day.
GO!! :-)
Arrhhh I just saw this challenge … realistically up till now I’ve only done 10km’s that mean I have 4 days to do 110km’s .. owww deer that’s 27.5kms a day ummmm I’m not going to make that I can only just jog 4km 3 times a week!
