i have been using my fitness pal for about 2 weeks. I have been calorie counting for awhile but I am still having a hard time losing weight. any suggestions?

    Make sure you're actually hitting your allowed caloric intake. Most ppl think if they stay under they're gonna lose weight faster, but that's not the case.

    MAKE SURE YOU NOT OVER DOING IT WITH SALT YOU RETAIN WATER,AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE WORKING OUT.
