I love MFP and the support that I find here everyday. I've been eating healthier and walking, jogging, running, doing 30DS, and weight lifting. When i started i was wearing size 16 jeans now wearing 14's and 12's. This week I started with a personal trainer and I will do 12 sessions with him.

I'm reading success stories constantly to stay motivated. I hope this helps others get motivated or stay motivated.
