calories burned with weight training

I am trying to enter my exercise routine, but I'm having difficulty. When I put in my cardio, it's ok, I see calories burned, but when I put in, lets say bicep curls, I do not see any, or time difference. Help!

    Myfitnesspal only caculates cardio exercises (which is probably way off on the calorie count). If you want to track things like weight lifting heart rate monitors are accurate from what I hear.
