That is terrific! How long did it take you? Just keep working hard at maintaining your healtheir lifestyle. Your loved ones must be so proud of your accomplishments.

Took me 8 months almost. Just under 8 months. Yeah my family are thrilled :) I think I want to go further though, but at least now I could maintain & be happy

Sure did change me, I became nuts about fitness. I even got into running, pit I hurt myself so that's been out for a week... back tomorrow I hope. But yeah, I'm loving this totally. I can walk into any shop & KNOW the clothing will fit me without even trying it on. I thought I'd be left with so much extra skin, but I seem to have bounced back quite good for a 37yo who still had her pregnancy belly after 19 years.

    Add away :)

    Exercise was:

Zumba to start off with... that's all I could do.

    Tiffany Rothe Workouts on youtube

    Fitball exercises

Walking 4km a night in the warmer weather

    Pop-pilates on youtube

Resistance bands as well as kinetic bands for the legs

Then for about 2 months now.... running 10km each time I run.... that used to be every day till I got hurt in the calf.

Now back to Zumba & walking till I'm ok..... hopefully tomorrow I can run again.
