Motivational Books?

Hi everyone!
Do any of you have some suggestions for motivational weight loss/healthy lifestyle books? I have been looking through amazon and I can't seem to find anything outside of the typical 'How to get skinny in 30 days' or 'The BEST DIET EVER' kind of books.
My motivation seems to spike and crash quite regularly -- I go through extreme highs and lows and I'm trying to battle that. I think reading over long periods of time would help me stay on track.
Thanks in advance!
Helen

Steve Chandler's Reinventing Yourself was quite helpful. Not specifically about eating habits, but about letting go of our concepts of self and changing the attitude overall.
There's also a book titled "100 ways to motivate yourself" by the same author that I have not read yet.
I really disliked his writing style but once I got over it I did appreciate the content.0 -
Touching the void. Nothing to do with weight lose but the ultimate example of never ever giving up.

The book that helped me the most was Tennie McCarty's book- "Shades of Hope"
I first saw her on OWN with her show Addicted to Food. I feel this book helps if you have food issues and it also helps you to see why exactly you might have those issues.0 -
