arm measurement

I feel like I have small arms compared to others, relaxed is 10 1/8 and flexed I 10.75. My bench press is increasing but no change in arms. Curious to hear what some other peoples arm sizes to see where I stand. Thanks

I think 12.5" not flexed, and I'm 5'10". BF% matters, though. I'd rather have them smaller and see my tricep, than bigger and flabby, though.
