    Start tracking your food and exercise! It really does make you more aware. I've been on this site for about three weeks and it's great!

    :smile: Welcome, it is a great site, I will add tracking your weight every week helps too, beside tracking ur food and excercise.
  • Develop a love of healthy food. YES, i know you can have three oreo's for the same amount of calories as an apple and banana........but eating an apple and banana will give you higher energy and fill u up and get your habits in order so that you dont gain everything back after reaching goal weight. (and anyway....who stops at three oreos?)
