Develop a love of healthy food. YES, i know you can have three oreo's for the same amount of calories as an apple and banana........but eating an apple and banana will give you higher energy and fill u up and get your habits in order so that you dont gain everything back after reaching goal weight. (and anyway....who stops at three oreos?)0
