How do you add the Jillian Michaels shred video to your exercise? I am new and trying to figure it all out:)

I did that this morning. It was recommended to me to add it as circuit training for 20 minutes 175 calories.0

The amount of calories will vary depending on how old you are and what you weight, though.0

Think about investing in a heartrate monitor. They're a bit pricey, but I decided it was worth it. With my HRM, I've burned anywhere from 190 to 220 calories doing the Shred. You know you don't put exactly the same effort in every time, so every day you burn a different amount. And as mentioned, each person burns differently as well. I like knowing a more exact number.0
