I'm not really into posting NSV's (all about me's) but I figure it might help someone.

On August 24th I switched from cream to milk in my coffee, I had measured the cream in the XL and it was about a 1/2 cup. I was drinking about 3-4 XL's a day. I went down a size each week, L, to Med, to Small. Now I am drinking more tea, and I no longer stop at Dunkins' before work. My intent was to lower my coffee intake, and the size I was drinking, I will get a medium when I want, or maybe two smalls throughout the day, but the overall amounts are vastly different from when I began. Taking the cream out of my diet has had to have made a difference for my weight loss.

My belt. I went from the last hole, to being on the fourth...

Wow That's a great NSV! and you show so much commitment to your weight loss by weaning yourself off the Dunkin's addiction lol :) WTG!

I used to stop at Starbuck's every morning before work. I spent 20 - 25 dollars each week on coffee. I did the same thing as you - going to smaller sizes and better choices. Now I don't go at all. I have no desire to go, and don't miss having to leave for work 20 minutes earlier to buy my coffee. Just think, I'm saving myself $1,000 to $1,250 a year just by making this healthy choice. :)
