      I so needed that story today! Thank you! I just started walking, up to 23 minutes now (woo hoo me, couldn't even do that at first) and I would love to run a 5k. That is in my future for 2013!

      I am sitting here eatting my orange slices for desert and got inspired all at the same time. You are a great writer you sould expand on that tallent if you haven't already! Great sucess story and thank you so much for taking the time to share it. I keep thinking all I have to do is count my food at this point in my life and be as active as I can with physical limitations at the moment.

      Your story is truly inspiring. I love the picture that has you jumping over fire. That is awesome! You look fantastic, and even though you looked happy in the other pictures, the ones of you at your healthy weight show that you are much more satisfied with your lifestyle now. It's a journey and a battle; I still have a ways to go until I reach my goal, and have some back problems as well. My hope is that as I get more fit and lose the weight, those problems will diminish. My best friend and I are doing this together and we have a goal to do the Dirty Girl Mud Run for 2013. Keep up the great work!!
