Mine used to be pasta (like alfredo) and any kind of bread. I also love both sweet and salty so it was really easy for me to pack on the pounds. I have developed GERD (acid reflux) really bad the past few weeks so I have pretty much had to cut out chocolate, dairy, citrus and I'm not supposed to drink carbonated beverages, but I can't cut my one pop in the morning. I'm finding that the less I eat these foods (due to the acid reflux) the less I crave them. Chocolate is a hard one, but I'm slowly getting to that point where I don't even crave it anymore.

Y'all are making me hungry for something cheesy. I once made a Paula Deen cheesecake, It had a graham cracker crust, then a layer of chocolate, then a layer of caramel, then a layer of cookie dough, then the cheesecake layer and then topped with chocolate ganache. Best damn thing I ever baked then ate.

    OMG................*drool*

Oh and to answer your original question... cookie dough, ice cream, and cheese pizza

Homemade pizza. Kneading the dough, and then tossing it helps relieve stress. The delicious finale is just the icing on the cake.
