Ab circle pro or Zumba

What's the best for weight loss I only have an hour a day for exersizes I usually do 45 mins of Zumba everyday but I want to tone aswell but don't have any weights ect, how much cals will the a roller burn and what will benifit me more x

    You don't need weights or any other equipment for resistance training if you try body weight exercises like planks, squats, lunges, press ups etc. Do these sessions on alternate days and do a bit of cardio on the other days. Have 1-2 days off every week though.
