my total daily caloric intake base on weight, age, gender and activity level (lightly active). is 2450cals....
if i burn 700cals from my workout.. that additional 700cals will add up to my daily caloric intake of 2450cals.? thus the calorie burn through exercising is not included in 2450cals???
now with a total of 3150 cals.. then if i only eat 2300 calories, did i made a 850 calorie deficit?
thanks...

Yes, your calculations are correct. However, a 700 cal workout is pretty intense and MFP tends to overestimate calories burned through exercise. You may want to consider only eating back 50-75% of your exercise calories.0
