    I eat cashews, rice cakes, or bananas. Otherwise you could try a granola bar, fruit, veggies, etc.

    In addition to everything already said....................I love a V-8!!! Low sodium if you need it, but I like the regular. Low calories and it just seems to take the hunger TOTALLY AWAY.

    I love greek yogurt. You can get it fat free and it has a lot of protein in it which should help you feel full longer. I also like cantaloupe. You can eat a lot of it and still be low in calories. I also like hummus and triscuits.

    Stew Leonard's has chocolate drizzled rice cakes. ^$%*^& they are amazing. Totally satisfies my need for chocolate, but two rice cakes are about 80 calories, so if I need something to cram in my mouth at the end of the day, they are a great choice.
