Help! I had lunch at a non-chain Mexican restaurant and they could not provide me with any info on my meal. How can I estimate my calories? Thank you for any information!

break down your meal into its component parts. That seems to work for me. Estimate how much meat, chips, rice and vegetables you are using, add a little more for oil, and then calculate it that way.0

Thank you!!0

I also check the nutritional/calorie content of other major chains and I'll bet it would be close to the same. Good luck:)0

I would search for the same meal from one of the chains that does have info online. It'd give you a good estimate...0

Or look up the same dishes at a similar restaurant that is listed.0
