Good info. I'll note that I do cardio so that I *can* eat more each day. I am an irritable b*itch on 1200 calories.
So am I!! I have just decided to up my cals using the TDEE -20% method as the 1200cal/day has made me super tired, cranky and sore! yes i'm losing but i'm anticipating this 'stall' most ppl see so trying to get it right before i screw up my metabolism and hormones royally!0 -
