Words adults over 21 should not use

I used to CRINNNNGE every time Oprah said "va-jay-jay". Ack!!!!!0

Oh good, I was afraid this was an anti-swearing post, because I love me some 4-letter words, especially ones that start with S and F. Anyway, what I can't freaking stand is anyone that uses text lingo in daily speech. No one should ever actually utter the phrase "L.O.L." out loud in speech. Ever. Because it's stupid as he11. Sorry, I'm done now0

If you have had sex, you should be able to refer to "them" by their proper anatomical terms.
It is a vagina with labia NOT a "hoo-haa", "hoochie", nor "lady bits". It is a penis with testicles not "knobs and balls", "my little blah blah blah" nor "manly parts".
You're old enough to have had sex-ed. I know you know these terms.
Because what? " oh sweet wife of mine, can i put my penis in your vagina? You're so sexy" sounds just oh so romantic.
Sometimes my fiance refers to his man parts as "Meat and 2 veg".....makes me laugh every time. I guess that means I'm immature!0 -
"BFF"
Agreed!!0 -
Dang brah, hella haters gettin cray cray
Jus sayin... Y.O.L.O!!!!
My dad hates it when I call him dude "I'm not a dude!".. so I just call him dudette now.
Cool story, huh bro.
Oh and I hate the phrase YOLO. I'm cereal!!0 -

does he really ask?
doesn't the moment make that such a retorical question that would head to a total buzzkill?
wait... can I say buzzkill?
You said head :bigsmile:0 -
wicked!!...........everyone from New England can appreciate this!!
Hey, I still say it...but much less than I used to.0 -
Based on this thread, the majority of y'all would probably hate having a conversation with me. I'm 27, I say what I want. Deal with it.
^ This! :drinker: or don't talk to me...I would probably prefer the latter.0 -
All text talk...its dumb
No homo... Who came up with that???
Wicked, epic ... I agree with both of those and anything like them
Totally! .... yup it is annoying.
piss, wiz, tits, titty, etc
Also, cursing like a sailor. It does NOT sound tougher, more dramatic, more intelligent, witty, clever, grown up or badaz so I wish people would stop.
THOUGH I myself do think it's ok to have fun with words, being goofy and happy/silly, etc. So if the person is happy enough, laid back, what have you... Then it's no big deal!0 -
'Mummy' and 'Daddy'
Oh, this! I know someone who is 42 years old and still calls her father "daddy". Then again, she still lives with him, so that shouldn't be surprising.
Hey, I take offense here. I'm 54 and I have always and will always call my father "Daddy". That's what he always was to me and I'm not going to change now just because I'm grown and he's gone.0 -
okay ... if I eliminate all of those words from my vocabulary ... my children will never understand me.
"Dinner time, Boys!" is so much more lady-like and mature but ...
Then I have to go and individually find each child and remind them that it is dinner time and then they saunter out one at a time and sit at the table to eat with the family ...
"Sup, kids! Chow is up and you bes' be gettin ya'alls swag *kitten* to the table 'fore I munch and make it ghost cause yolo!"
This call for dinner, however, causes the children to run out of thier rooms, come screeching to a halt at the table, grab a plate and eat a hearty dinner while informing me that I am an embarrassment and completely uncool and should never speak like that again ...
I opt for results-oriented communication.
