So I'm basically spending 6 hours working, a day. + 4 hours travelling. + approx. 4 hours further working. I have no time for exercising apart from the small walks to/from/inbetween college.
I have no time, and I also never want to get exercising.
How am I supposed to lose weight?
I can over eat sometimes, but most of the time, my foods are quite healthy ?!?

If you just want to lose weight then just stick to a calorie goal. Weight loss is just calories in vs calories out.
If you really want to exercise, wake up earlier and go in the morning. I go to uni and have a part time job and that's what I do if I can't find any other time.0
