I like the Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwiches, Special K breakfast sandwiches, wheat toast with raspberry preserves, 1 serving of cereal w/half cup milk, or protien shakes.0

bacon and eggs
My first choice too! As long as you stick to two eggs (or one egg white, one whole) and 2-3 pieces of bacon you should be fine. I can't give up my bacon. I also switch it up w/oatmeal and a banana. I really don't care much for breakfast foods anymore. I used to be addicted to pancakes w/loads of syrup.0 -

I do not have time to eat at home, I prepare my breakfast and have it at the office.
I use 3/4 cup 0% fat Oikos or Liberté greek yogurt, sweetened with Splenda and spiced up with cinnamon and vanilla. I add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and top with 1 cup of frozen mixed berries. By the time I get to eat at the office (2 hours later), the fruits have thawed a bit but retain a bit of crunch. When all mixed up, it is really good!0 -
"I also make a homemade egg mcmuffin.
1 Healthy Life Reduced Sodium Wheat english muffin - 80 calories
1 fried egg - 92 calories
1 thin slice of deli ham (I get the of the bone stuff from walmart) - 20 calories
1 kraft single - 60 calories
Total: 252 calories. Super yummy and filling!"
Thanks for this ^^... I haven't gotten down to 80 calories on my muffin yet!! I'll look for these.0 -
I make a veggie filled frittata on the weekend and reheat a slice on weekday mornings. Half eggs, half eggs beaters, low fat cheese, veggies and their is still room for bacon or ham to keep it under 300 cals.0
