Healthy ways to lose 10\15 lbs? :happy: :mad: :frown: :cry: :sad: all kinds of emotions going on here..lol HELP!

    Religiously log foods every day, eat healthier foods, exercise some. For me, it was mostly about my diet and portion sizes since I already had exercise in my routine.. Add me if you want and you can check out my diary. I'm almost at my goal weight after logging in for 80 days!
