So I was going through some old pics on my computer, cleaning things up a bit and came across a picture that's a few years old but is still pretty representative of what I looked like before I began my journey into healthy living. So I took an after picture this morning to go along with it and below is the result.

    Fabulous job overall, and perhaps I'm a bit obsessed... but your calves are PHENOMENAL! I have recently become a big fan of calves after coming to terms with the large ones I have. Great work!

    I have lost 100 pounds & have become "obsessed" with the scale! I weigh myself 2-3 times a day. This can't be normal, can anybody advise how I can "kick this habit"? Also, now I've reached my goal - I don't know what to do. I've been on a diet all of my life! HELP!! Any helpful suggestions would be truly appreciated!
