    I have been asked to form a group for weight loss by several of my friends. I have decided to start this group effective March 1 with Weigh In. Through the support and motivation of each other we will succeed. If you are interested in participating in this venture, let me know via a message to me. Yes, this is going to be a biggest loser type group with weekly reporting and so on. In your acceptance email I am looking for the following information.

    1. Username
    2. Personal first name (optional)
    3. Age, Gender
    4. Targeted weight loss goal. What do you want to weight when you have reached goal?
    5. Starting Weight (to be determined on Weigh In Day March 1, 2010.

    If you are not interested in participating then just ignore the message but truly consider joining. Let's make this a huge challenge. I need your responses by this Friday to allow me time to establish the tracking sheet for effective March 1 start date.

    Depending on the total number of participants we will set a goal of 1000 lost or 2000 pounds lost or even 10,000 pounds or more. We will do this. Help make it happen. Once you have decided, ask your friends to join us too.

    5. Last weighin was Thurs & I was 211.3 haven't lost anything in 2 weeks & I'm hoping it's just because I started a new exercise program & am retaining water in my muscles!

    So how is this going to work? Do we have to do pictures or just weight? Are we tracking measurements? And how long is this challenge for, just March?

    Wow. 52 participants so far in Week 1 to start Monday March 1. To answer a question this is a weight reporting challenge only. It will last for as long as I have patience to run it. Expect for quite a while. I will always be looking for ways to ensure this group is always on a roll. We are all in this together. Is it possible to hit 100 participants? Spread the word for week 1.

    Just so it is clear, if you miss week 1, you can join week 2, or week 3. Entry date is Monday's. We will not lock anyone out from this group. We will have weekly champions, age group champions and more. Lets have fun while losing weight.

    Wow you must have a lot of patience to be willing to do this for a long time with so many participants & still trying to get more! I definitely don't have that much patience haha. Good job! Can't wait to start
